Idea Pageant Ranking Algotrithm
The algorithm used to compute each user's estimated points for nightly rankings is the following:
    Uestu = ∑i Ipoti * (Ugreenu,i - Uredu,i) + Pointsu
Where:
Uestu : estimated number of points user u will have at the end of the pageant.

Ugreenu,i : number of green token invest by user u on idea i.

Uredu,i : number of red token invest by user u on idea i.

Pointsu : number of points already acquired through previously closed/judged ideas.

Ipoti : potential of idea i to be selected. This is calculated as:

    Ipoti = Igreeni,p − Iredi,p
    Tgreenp Tredp
    Where:
    Igreeni,p : number of green tokens invested on idea i during period p and where p is the last active period of idea i.

    Iredi,p : number of red tokens invested on idea i during period p and where p is the last active period of idea i.

    Tgreenp : total number of green token invested in the tournament during period p.

    Tredp : total number of red token invested in the tournament during period p.
